Choose the Dallas area relocation expert
Relocating to a new town can push someone to their mental limits, without considering the daunting task of shopping for a place to live plus finding the right Realtor. I have a long history of finding buyers the right home by following a refined process guaranteed to speed up your search.
When most buyers go into home search mode - they may end up with 50+ listings to consider. Naturally, that's too many homes to look at if you're limited on time! I can help you to narrow your search down to a couple dozen houses, with these items in mind:
- Send me two lists a few days before arriving: One should be of things you require in your new home. The other should be for optional things you want. When a house can't fulfill your basic needs, we can obviously take it out of the list.
- Have a set price range. This could be based on loan pre-approval or a safe estimate of how much you'll get from the sale of your present home.
- Think about drive time to your job or other interests. Traffic around Dallas could be different than what you're used to, so tell me how long a commute you're willing to undertake.
I can send you some best recommendations before we meet in person. Or if you've done your own research already, let me know what you've found. While seeing listing photos on the web is great, there's nothing like seeing homes in person. I can arrange any necessary appointments with other Realtors or homeowners and map a route. If we work efficiently, we could tour 8 to 10 homes in a single day.
